The Fan Friendly Seal of Approval recognizes MLB Players for their generosity of spirit towards baseball fans everywhere and for the player's recognition of the fans importance to the game. Place your vote for the players you consider to be "Fan Friendly!"

The 2007 recipients of the Fan Friendly Seal of Approval are:

Craig Biggio
Our first repeat winner of the Seal, Craig received more votes then any other player in baseball. A member of the Houston Astros for his entire 19 year career, Craig has shown tireless energy with the fans at the field and all around the Houston area. There may never be a player considered more Fan Friendly!
David Eckstein
David moved front and center into the national sports world when he was voted World Series Most Valuable Player for his performance in his second World Championship season. Fans around the country wrote in to tell what a champion David is off the field, signing autographs long after the other players have gone home and until every fan is satisfied.
Brian Roberts
Brian made his Major League debut the same year as David Eckstein though it took him a little longer to stick in the big leagues. Since 2004 though, Brian has been a bright spot in the Orioles offense and with the fans. One fan wrote'that even though he had a game to get to, Brian made it known that he was interested in and willing to talk to you." Its amazing how hard that is, but how important it is, too. Thanks Brian for setting that example.
Omar Vizquel
With an 18 year career with 3 different teams, and 11 Gold Gloves, Omar has long been thought of as a great defensive shortstop. What only those who have seen him on a regular basis know, though, is he is also a generous guy, quick with a smile and happy to sign a young fans ball.
David Wright
David's first 2 and half years on the Mets have shown him to be hugely talented on the field. His warm smile has definitely made him a fan favorite, but it's his willingness to sign autographs, wiggle a kids hat, and make appearances at charity events that have made him Fan Friendly!
