The Fan Friendly Seal of Approval recognizes MLB Players for their generosity of spirit towards baseball fans everywhere and for the player's recognition of the fans importance to the game. Place your vote for the players you consider to be "Fan Friendly!"

The 2012 recipients of the Fan Friendly Seal of Approval are:

Miguel Montero
Despite being an All-Star in 2011, Miguel Montero may not be a house-hold name just yet, but fans who met him at a signing event spoke about how he took the time to speak with them, looked them in the eyes, and made them feel special. It may seem very simple, but Montero shows this kindness to all the D'backs fans he comes in contact with. Thanks Miguel for being so gracious!
Brandon Phillips
This is Brandon's first time receiving the LoveMyTeam.com Fan Friendly Seal of Approval, though many might say he has always been a friendly guy. One fan told a story of him playing catch with a young fan in the stand prior to a spring training game in 2011. Phillips also made news this past season for flying fans to games and spending time with them. He is a definitely a Fan Friendly guy.
Dave Robertson
If you live in the New York area or the Tuscaloosa Alabama area, you don't have to guess at why Robertson might be considered a fan friendly winner. He has done so much for the area he is from by raising money for the victims of the Tuscaloosa Tornados last year. Additionally, he has found ways to interact with Yankee fans that have left them with a smile on their face. Nicely done, Dave. For more information on David's charity, visit Highsocksforhope.com
Skip Schumaker
Skip Schumaker joins the list of multiple winners this year with his second win. Fans throughout the Cardinals system have known Schumaker to be easy to speak with, and now he is getting votes from the big league fans. Lets hope he continues his openness and generosity to fans, and we see him here in years to come.
